All orders will be despatched within 5 working days. Payment by cheque, allow 3 days from receipt.

Freight costs – see schedule. All orders will be sent by courier unless otherwise requested.Any damage in transit should be advised within 3 days of delivery.

Goods are delivered on a signed receipt. This acknowledges delivery and the parcel is in good condition. It is important you check the condition of the parcel on receipt.

We will replace any damaged or wrong products, if notified within 3 days of delivery. The return of these items will be required and organised.

You will be advised of any item no longer available within 24 hours of receipt of order.
